Our assessment

vortexax.com describes a non-custodial cross-chain arbitrage service using flash loans. Its own materials say opportunities and returns are not guaranteed, and list smart-contract, bridge, congestion, slippage and liquidity risks. That is useful disclosure, but you still need to verify what you authorize when connecting a wallet and how every fee is calculated.

How the service says it works

The FAQ describes arbitrage across Ethereum, BNB Chain and Polygon, with gas, loan, DEX and platform fees. The terms say the platform does not custody assets and may suspend service, while warning that blockchain transactions can be irreversible. These are provider descriptions; we did not independently test them.

What you should check before you act

Read the wallet permissions before you sign anything. Identify the smart-contract address, whether its code and audit are public, every route used for a transaction, and the full fee calculation in a realistic trade. Keep a wallet containing only an amount you can afford to lose separate from long-term holdings.

What we could not verify

We did not verify the operator named in the footer, a smart-contract audit, the non-custodial architecture, fee outcomes, or a real transaction.
