Scope of this review

This review concerns tradewell.today. It does not decide the status of every business using the TradeWell name or every older TradeWell domain. The important practical question is whether the company asking you to open an account can identify itself and show that its permissions cover the exact service and country involved.

The warning-list name needs an exact match

The Financial Conduct Authority's current Warning List includes a TradeWell entry added on 10 September 2026. That is a reason to pause and verify an offer using the name. But a warning-list name is not interchangeable with every domain that looks similar.

An earlier FCA warning concerning Tradewell / Bridgehold Ltd names different domains: tradewell.exchange and tradewell.io. It does not by itself establish that tradewell.today is the same operation. That distinction protects you from two errors: treating an unrelated business as cleared by a familiar name, or making a conclusion about a current domain without a matching record.

The documents that should settle the identity question

Before you share identification or send a payment, ask for the full legal entity name, registered address, regulator, licence reference, client agreement, and the domain shown in the firm's official record. Check each item through the regulator's own register rather than a link, certificate, or contact number supplied by the seller.

The agreement should also make clear what service is offered, who receives your money, how withdrawals work, and where a complaint can be taken. A company number or polished platform screen does not fill in those terms.

What you should check before you act

  1. Compare the precise company name and domain with the FCA Warning List and the register relevant to your country.
  2. Confirm that the licence covers the product you are being offered, not simply a similarly named group company.
  3. Read the client agreement and payment instructions before opening or funding an account.
  4. Keep copies of the domain, messages, agreement, and payment request if you have already been contacted.
