First identify which agreement applies

Axi provides trading accounts as well as partner and affiliate arrangements. A payment concern may arise under a client trading agreement, a payment-provider rule, or a separate commercial partner agreement. Those are not interchangeable. Before treating a dispute as a withdrawal problem, identify the contract that created the payment right and the entity that signed it.

For a trading client, Axi's help material says payment options depend on location and generally uses a return-to-source approach: the original deposit must normally go back to the payment method used to fund it before profits can use another available route. Partner compensation is a different question and needs the relevant partner terms, eligibility criteria and payout record.

The cost and timing details to check

The provider says certain withdrawals below USD 50 can attract a USD 25 administration fee unless you are withdrawing the full balance, and that third-party banks or payment providers can add charges. It also says account verification must be completed before withdrawals are available. Check the live portal for your country because methods, limits and timing vary by route.

What you should check before you act

Save the exact agreement, payment history and communications that apply to your account type. If you are a client, confirm your funding method, return-to-source requirement, fee and verification status. If you are a partner, ask for the specific partner clause that controls the payout. We did not open or fund an Axi account, use a partner arrangement or test a withdrawal, and this review does not decide an individual dispute.
