Scope of this review

This review concerns infinitenova.org and the investment offer associated with that domain. It focuses on a current Dutch regulatory warning rather than on unverified accounts of individual users.

What the AFM warning establishes

The Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) published a warning about Infinitenova on 29 September 2026. The authority identifies infinitenova.org and describes the operation as a suspected boiler room. It says the business has no AFM licence and no European passport allowing it to provide financial services in the Netherlands.

A boiler-room warning is especially relevant when an offer reaches you by direct contact or pressures you to act quickly. The AFM's finding does not replace a jurisdiction-specific licence check, but it is a clear reason to pause the proposed investment and verify every detail independently.

Offers, representatives and payment instructions

The important question is not whether a representative can describe a product convincingly; it is whether the named company is authorised to make that offer to you. Ask for the contracting entity, licence number, product disclosure and a written explanation of where client money would be held. Check the entity in the appropriate public register rather than using a link supplied by the caller or website.

If a payment request changes bank account, beneficiary or cryptocurrency wallet after an account is opened, stop and obtain an explanation in writing. A change in payment details should be checked independently before any funds move.

What you should check before you act

  1. Read the AFM's 29 September 2026 warning for the exact domain and contact details.
  2. Check the proposed company and licence in the regulator's own register for your country.
  3. Save messages, call records, account pages and payment instructions.
  4. Do not use a recovery service or make an additional payment simply because someone says it is needed to release funds.
