“Processed” is not the same as received

My MAA Markets says that withdrawal requests are often processed within 24 hours. Its own FAQ also says the time at which money reaches you depends on the payment provider. That is an important distinction: an internal approval can be one step in a longer bank, card, e-wallet or crypto-payment journey.

Before funding, ask which entity will hold your account, which payment method you will be expected to use for a return, and what evidence will be available if a payment takes longer than expected. Save the request confirmation, payment reference and the version of the policy that applied on the day you made the request.

The conditions attached to your payment route

The provider says it may require a withdrawal to use the original funding method and may decline a request for incomplete verification, incorrect details or non-compliance with its withdrawal policy. It also says intermediary fees and processing times can apply. Those are practical conditions to resolve before you make a deposit—not surprises to discover while waiting for a payment.

The website identifies MY MAA MARKETS LTD and makes regulatory statements about Mauritius. We confirmed that those statements appear on the provider's pages; we have not independently verified the permission or its scope for your location. Match the company in your agreement to the relevant official register before you fund an account.

What you should check before you act

Confirm your available funding and withdrawal methods in the client portal, including any minimum, return-to-source and verification rules. Check whether your bank, wallet or card provider can add fees or settlement time. Keep your identity-verification, support and transaction records. We did not open an account, deposit or test a withdrawal, and this review does not determine an individual user's outcome.
