A platform is not the counterparty
Qube Markets offers an online trading route, but the platform interface is only one part of the decision. The important pre-deposit question is the legal counterparty: who contracts with you, holds the account, sets the execution rules and is responsible for a withdrawal request.
What to verify
Find the full legal name in the client agreement and match it to the website, payment recipient and an official register where the service is offered. Read the spread or commission schedule, leverage limits, margin-closeout terms and the withdrawal policy. Save the terms that apply on the date you fund the account.
