Scope of this review

This brief concerns the website quintetcapitalsa.com, which appears on a warning list published by Switzerland's financial regulator, FINMA. It does not concern the separate registered Swiss company QUINTET CAPITAL SA.

In its 24 September 2026 warning entry, FINMA names quintetcapitalsa.com, records no commercial-register entry for the website's named operator, and says the domain is not related to QUINTET CAPITAL SA in Geneva, which is registered under number CHE-144.234.816. A search result for the genuine company's name must therefore not be used to validate this domain.

The website itself currently displays the name “Quintet Capital SA”. FINMA's distinction is more reliable than that self-description. The regulator's notice does not establish that a particular person lost money or that a withdrawal request failed; this brief makes no such claim.

What to check before you act

Check the exact domain and the legal entity behind any investment approach. Use independently obtained contact details for a firm rather than numbers or links supplied by the person approaching you. If you have shared money or documents, keep copies of the communications and contact your payment provider or the relevant authority about next steps.
